    Dear Valerie,

This post, it just warmed my heart and made me smile more than I can say. How touching. I think you were meant to be a mother. I can feel the love and care you have for your family come through in every word.

A big congratulations on your beautiful daughter's graduation, and all of her honors. Wow! That is a gorgeous picture of you two, you look just like sisters! What a happy day. I'll be thinking of you and your family over the next several weeks as you come upon the next happy day!

I thoroughly enjoyed seeing your tea wallets. What a fun idea. I think that they turned out absolutely lovely! The patterns and embellishments are wonderful. And, you have inspired me with your sweet crocheted hair pins. I book marked your link. Thank you. Yours came out so nicely.

Espen and Tia, what an adorable picture. I agree that the friendship between a boy and his dog can be very special. I grew up with dogs and we hope to adopt one someday. For now, Noah has his best buddy cat, Hector. They are very close, but Hector is a bit like a dog too. 🙂

Thank you for spreading your sunshine Valerie! I hope you are having a wonderful week!

Dear Lauren, You leave the most thoughtful comments. You are such a sweet friend. Thank you!
I have enjoyed planning my daughter's wedding, but I will be very happy when the planning stage is finished. 😉 I'm looking forward to seeing her walk down that aisle on her daddy's arm.
Thank you for your kind compliments on my tea wallets. I am not the seamstress I wish I was. But they were so fun to make! I couldn't make just one. Good thing my sweet mother tolerates my shabby sewing skills. 😉
The crocheted hair pins are a cinch to make. I just love them. Sometimes, I embellish them with little beads, buttons or feathers. Whatever strikes my fancy. Sophie has tons of them. Poor child. She has to wear all of my creations.
I am sure Hector is a very special buddy to Noah. Probably better than a dog. Our Tia likes to snatch snacks, when the kiddos eat outside. LOL Espen loves her though and puts up with her antics.
I am so happy you stopped by for a visit. Have a super, happy, wonderful week! Blessings and Sunshine, Valerie
